Most people in this space charge $2,000–10,000 a month for something like this. I think that's mostly old marketing agencies putting a new label on stale work. I'd rather charge little enough that you never have to think hard about keeping it.
Worth being blunt, so neither of us wastes a week:
I run seven of my own online businesses: a print-on-demand store, a 3D-printing shop with a production partner, a couple of content sites, a software toolkit. I'm not a consultant who read about this. I'm a seller with the same platforms, the same fees, and the same Sunday-night admin pile you have.
