Shop Runs Itself is operated by Keystone Brands Holdings LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. This page describes what happens to your information. It is short because very little happens to it.
Only what you email me: your name, your email address, and the web address of your shop. There is no signup form on this site, no account to create, and no tracking or advertising pixel on these pages.
Answering you, and running the free audit you asked for. The audit reads your shop's public pages the same way any visitor's browser does. It never submits your forms, never signs up to your mailing list, and never places an order.
Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with anyone. You are not added to a mailing list. There is no drip sequence. If you don't reply, you'll hear from me once more and then not again.
I keep a record of the kinds of problems audits turn up, so the checks improve over time. Those notes contain no names, no email addresses, and no shop URLs.
In my email account and in files on my own computer. Email is handled by Google (Gmail) and mail for this domain is routed by Cloudflare. Both are processors acting on my instructions.
Audit correspondence is kept for up to two years so I can pick a conversation back up. Client records are kept for seven years, because tax rules require it.
Email jordan@shoprunsitself.com and ask. I'll delete what I hold and confirm it, other than records I'm legally required to retain. You don't need to give a reason and it won't be made awkward.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
